Android / Iphone app for internet radio station

I require an Android (and possibly Iphone) app to be created to do the following : 1) a player that listens to a choice of 2 streams (High Quality / Low Quality) 2) Incorporate a connection to an irc chatroom to enable the user to communicate with the DJ currently live on the station The 2 of the above should be visible on the screen at the same time if possible (or at least to achieve both tasks simultaneously - i.e. listen and type in the chatroom) This is reasonably simple task but I would like the bidders to have knowledge to register the app in the android market but obviously for all rights to it to be mine. If this first step proves successful then there will be return work to improve the app or add more features as time goes by. If you need any more information then let me know
