Hi, this is my 3rd time posting the same project as i have met many non-committed developers who take my money and not give me proper work or they stop working on the project and run away with my money without giving me the project files. Also note the i will also make milestone payments when i see quality work. And files have to be given to me. I want someone who is committed and who will complete the entire project in the duration of time given. I would like someone to continue my work for an adult social networking website using my current codes and files. I need someone who is able to understand the MVC framework using codeigniter and the way i want my site and coding to be like. To change the coding in the current coded files or framework if needed.
