Adult Modeling Site designed, galleries w/ e-commerce

I need an adult website built, for member's only / password protected. As other adult website's, a visitor will sign up for a monthly fee, so they can view the website content. I need 2 different types of galleries. 1. A photo image gallery where I can put different photo sets, like lesbian, and other categories. 2. Streaming HD video gallery, which will include many different adult videos, so a visitor will be able to choose a movie to view. Many adult websites has this feature. I do not want any of those adult templates used in my design. I am looking for an original design that I can update each week with additional images + videos without an extra fee or special software. I'll also need: Home page, About page, Updates page, friends / links page, Join Me (sign up) page, Blog page (maybe?). I am skilled in Adobe PS + video production so I just need a simple to use / easily maintain website. I wish to own the website design, gallery templates and have no further monthly fees other than web hosting / cc processing, etc. Since I have had several problems with past web programmers, my payment arrangement is for me to pay you half when I see that half of my project is done, and I will pay you the balance due of the other half, when I see that my website project is completely done.
