Customer has an existing website in Joomla 1.5 for the purposes of showcasing their tutoring services. They want to create an employee portal under their existing website to track employee hours worked on projects. Here are the requirements: 1. Ability to input projects (students) along with their mailing address, email address, phone #, field of study, etc. into the system 2. Ability to assign multiple projects (students) to each employee (tutor) 3. Ability for each tutor to track time separately for each student 4. Ability to send automatic emails to tutors when their timesheets are due/overdue 5. Ability to calculate tutors payments amount based on each student hourly rate and # of hours worked 6. Ability to calculate clients invoice amount based on hourly rate and # of hours used 7. Ability to generate reports for both tutors and students 8. Ability to export monthly report to Excel or PDF 9. Ability to customize report with logo, header, customized fields 10. Ability to email PDF monthly reports directly to tutors and students Ideally this could be added to their existing Joomla website and managed there. If not possible, then please provide a quote for a web-based option outside of Joomla.
