A website for RingBack Nigeria Limited

THE main purpose of this project is to create a website depicting RingBack Nigeria Limited as a forwarding agent for e-bay. I need a max of three pages The main page should briefly describe what E-bay is all about and how RingBack Nigeria Limited (which is a Nigerian inspired company) comes in as a middle man between E-bay and the Nigerian consumer. Equally I need a quick description of the process of sale between E-bay, RingBack Nigeria Limited and the Nigerian consumers. The description entails the buyer collecting the Id number of what he/she wants to buy and sends it to us (RingBack Nigeria Limited). There should be a form where the consumer gets to fill his/her name and other details , the form should equally help the customer state his/her mode of payment e.g. in dollars or in Naira( if in Naira the customer should be well aware of the fluctuating changes of the Naira). The site should state that the customer has to wait for 1-2weeks tops (for shipping) to get their good(s). Shipping charges are $6 per pound which is equivalent to 910Naira (this is susceptible to changes because of the fluctuating rate change of the Naira and Dollar). Plus on the side of the pages (preferably on the main page), there should be postings of popular items customers always want to buy e.g. cell phones, laptops, consumer electronics etc.
