I need to filter a database of names and addresses (in excel or access) for unique records, but I have in the database many similar records that are just different in 1 specific column.
There are 7 columns: Title, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip
There are many duplicate names and addresses but the first name appears differently.
For i.e.
Mr. George H. W. Bush 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Md 50002
Mr. George Herbert W. Bush 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Md 50002
Mr. George Herbert Walker Bush 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Md 50002
So I want that in such instances it should keep the name that is most written out. (Not initialed).
