Directory Tree Control

I am looking for preferably an existing control but a new creation is fine. It is a tree list with check boxes beside each item so the items can be selected simply by checking the box rather than holding down the ctrl key and clicking as usual. It must also look nice and professional. I have attached an image for your review. The control should be able to select folders, entire drives and indicate if directories under the parent directory are selected. Subdirectries should be read as the parent is expanded, to allow fast operation. If a pre-exisitng control (cheap) does all this then use this in a demo VB app so show me how it is done, otherwise use yours. The control should appear similar to the Kazaa Lite v2.4.1 Folder List control. This can be seen by loading clicking Options > Find Media to Share > Folder List. There must also be a function to generate a text string or array of all the folders selected. All folders selected are to be added to a listbox control. I will only accept a compiled working version of the demo app as an indication you can provide the solution for me because I have been let down in the past on this.
