Create Video Resume Website similar to http://www.cv.tv in .Net of Php

I have a client that wants to make a Video Resume Website. He found the <[login to view URL]> I want to make a similar website in either .net 2.0 or php I have servers for [login to view URL] is currently running but can install sql2005 if necessary. Not sure what is best if we go the php route but MySql is installed. I think .net is the way to go and that is the lanquage that other site is in. This description is very general be careful with your bid. Ask questions concerns etc before you bid. Break your bid into parts .I do not necessarily need everything on that site. I am not in a rush and will develop the description as I get coders imput.
