Modify Opencart Uberprint extension

This is an Opencart project to modify an extension called Uberprint of which you can find details at: [login to view URL] This extension utilises Google Cloud Print and once set-up, it will automatically print new orders to a specified printer making it great for fast food takeaways. This project is to modify the 2 existing order templates within Uberprint so there will be one for Chinese Takeaways and the other for Indian Takeaways. We have found different fast food takeaways have different business models, Chinese tend to include rice with main dishes whilst Indian charge for every dish separately. What we require are the following: Layout 1. Chinese Takeaways - Chinese Takeaways offer main dishes which include side orders such as rice or chips within the price. They also offer side orders as separate dishes too so as an example: a customer could order 2 main dishes both with rice plus 1 extra portion rice so the order email should have a single line stating 3 portions of rice. - Chinese Takeaways also require an additional column on the order email as the kitchens want the order in Chinese. Therefore we have used the SKU field for Chinese characters. Layout 2. Indian Takeaways - Indian Takeaways always have side orders such rice and chips as separate dishes. Therefore if a customer orders 3 portions of rice, the order email should have a single line stating 3 portions of rice. Please see our attached images to understand the layout we require. They will both be printed out on 80mm thermal till roll paper using an Epson Tm-T88v POS receipt printer.
