Develop OpenCV code that reliably identifies the area within the teeth in a smile photo

I'm looking for someone who can write code that can reliably identify the area within the lips in a given image. The attached image for instance shows a photo of someone smiling, then you'll notice a red outline of the area within the lips. In this case, I'd drawn the red outline manually. I'm looking for someone who can write code that can taken an image such as the one attached, and draw out the outline automatically. Thus, the program would have to be able to do the following: 1. Take an input image that is either a photo taken right then and there or from a file 2. Provide a list of the coordinates of the outline of the border for the area within the lips 3. Produce the image with the outline drawn out in yellow on top of the image - illustrating that the area within the lips was drawn correctly The program can assume that the image is of person smiling where the face of the person is fully present but there may be other things in the background or around the person. The algorithm should work 90% of the time or more when I take a photo of myself smiling (say 9 out of every 10 times). The algorithm should be documented in human-readable language, and provided in the form of a program that I can run without needing to compile anything - be in as a desktop PC application or as a web application. The code should be however provided and it should be possible to run in a webapp if translated to an appropriate language.
