Need to have someone develop software that will enable user files to be transferred and stored on my hard drives and allow for retrieval, by sending the users a link, in the event that the user loses the files at a later date (users do not have ability to access individual files or access files at any time other than in the case of administrator sending a link). Software will be distributed from my site. Need administrator capabilities to i) turn access on for users, ii) turn access of for users. For an example see backblaze
