Hello, I would gladly help you complete your project. I would suggest though that you would make a separate script/area for this new area as it may clog your website wordpress engine even further (wordpress is not that optimized anymore - thousands of line code will do that..). My experience does include projects that made use of all the points that you ask from the script (not in the same project though). As technologies I'll use php, html5, responsive ajax. As per my understanding you need a sign up program for your students or clients who want to have the training and a small forum for posting wordpress topic so that students can discuss there and you will act as an superadmin.
