Hello, I am looking for someone who can create a music software for me that takes a sound or regular sin wave and manipulates it in different ways to create a random sound. The goal is a random sound generator but I also want people to be able to enter in different numbers for each effect to be able to change the sound themselves. Can anyone out there make this for me?
