Convert a NinjaTrader indicator to a Metatrader4 indicator

I'd like you to convert this NinjaTrader indicator to a MetaTrader4 indicator. I attached the Ninjatrader indicator in the zip file. I think this indicator requires both 2 files in the zip file. There are a lot of parameters in this indicator. To solve the limit number of values in MetaTrader, you may make all these parameters fixed (constant) so the end user cannot change them.
