Confirmation link system

This system is used to create confirmation links and send out. We send a link with “hash” code and allow the link be clicked and confirm. item 1 A page added would be used to manage confirmation links as follows showing when the links are sent, and confirmed or not. Item 2 template management multilingual templates for sending out confirmation links this page also allow to create a link and emails via these templates Item 3 The system would also need to have a landing page after clicking the confirmation link by the email recipients The page contents should be able to be set in system (multilingual) when the link is confirmed, the script need to run a function (contents of the funciton are to be written by our side) item 4 User management, with access levels management the details of each section can be discussed with me . when you bid, please type "XESDDXFDF" in the bid so i know you have read the details. also please let me know your timezone when you will work and reply emails.
