Code one html email to be sent from my PHP site (sbwemail)

We have a PHP site with a MySQL database connected. We have had a signup form coded which already works perfectly for what it is supposed to do. We just need you to add the functionality to it to send an html email to the user who has just signed up.

We have already created the email as an html template for you so you just need to code it to send to the right person at the right time :-)

You will be given FTP and Cpanel access.
