Buddypress Plugin Development Brief – Performance Audit Tool Plugin

This project is for the development of a Buddypress/Wordpress plugin to provide a Performance Audit Tool which will collate performance data for the planned community services.

The community is designed as a generic commercial community engaged in commercial activities such as providing Building Services, Legal Services, Creative Services etc.

In each case community members post tasks and projects, request quotations, appoint suppliers and manage contracts and relevant payments to project completion.

As part of this community service there is a need for a means of collecting feedback from users on the services supplied by community members. In principles this is a rating building tool. However the scope of the audit goes beyond ratings system to include three functions not normally part of a ratings system

1) The Performance audit tool will collect responses against criteria that change according to the User type completing the audit

2) The rating fields are more extensive than a conventional ratings tool

3) All data collected by the tool is stored permanently, allowing analysis of performance over time.
