Back End Tracking System

We own a company that books hotel rooms for large companies. We need to have a back-end system in place that we can: 1. Fields to Enter the hotel information: hotel name, city, state, zip..etc. 2. We need to be able to enter the contact information for the person we are dealing with at the hotel 3. We need fields to be able to enter the amount of hotel rooms our clients actually reserved once they check out of the hotel 4. We need a box to be able to enter our commission % 5. When the hotel rooms are entered at a later date we need it to automatically calculate our commission 6. We then need to be able to generate an invoice based on the above information. 7. We need to be able to keep track and refer back to all of our clients and the complete list of above information by date for reference 8. We need to be able to keep track of all PAID and UNPAID commissions *We can show you a screen shot of exactly what we need but the above should give you a clear understanding of what we need. We need this done ASAP!
