Automatic Scraping of data from website using macros

We are looking for a skilled web macro programmer to setup a macro (ubot, imacro) to add given a number (list of numbers) to a web form, automatic solving of captcha and reading out the feedback. This macro requires support for multiple proxies. The process needs to be automated to run severell process within a given time slot (e.g. 1 request per 5 minutes using 100 proxies).
