Our company is looking for an API plugin that would allow eBay member messages to be downloaded in to one of the following cloud help desk: Zendesk, freshdesk, kayako, or in fact another cloud base ticketing system with the mentioned 3 our top choice.
We require the functionality to integrate the ebay messaging system in to a ticketing platform. We receive a high volume of ebay messages on a daily basis and need a fast, efficient way of answering them so we need to able to answer ebay customer questions via a ticketing system with multiple customer service rep.

We have vast and deep Ebay API development expertise. And we have done feasibility study on Zendesk API. It seems this project could be done. More analysis is needed to create a bridge in to these 2 systems. If we get positive response from you, then we can dive in to this project. Thanks.
