Create New Wordpress Blog ready for monetization

Hi, I simply need a personal wordpress blog that will be used as a hub for all of my interests, this blog will need to be easily monetized with photos and affiliate type ads, custom opt in box, custom header/footer, ad section will also need to be available to businesses. I have a sample of how I would like it to look, and will provide the website upon selecting the winning bidder. This blog will be uploaded with my hosting company. I need this done ASAP! It must also have the following plugins: akismet, sociofluid, bookmark me, banner plugin, all in one seo pack for simple seo without messing with the code, favicon, tell a friend, onlywire for wordpress comment ready, feature ready, If there is anything else you could do to make this blog GREAT, please feel free to offer your suggestions. I am open to hearing about it. I am on a limited budget and have access to a couple of affordable blog developers however, I would like to work with someone one on one and build a long term business relationship with you. I need one blog for now and would like to get this copied maybe a few times in the future for other niche topics. Please provide samples of your work, preferably a custom blog that is monetized with affiliate ads, banners, and feature posts with social links. I will pay through paypal. I will pay a portion when some of the project is done, more when half is done and the balance when it is completely satisfactorily done.
