CUSTOMIZE A CLASSIFIED SCRIPT, FIX VBULETTIN & 2 WORDPRESS

Need a professional expert to customize a Titan classified script, redesign our old classified wordpress site, Update vbulletin script for us and fix video thumbnails image. Banner with word Urgent will be charged 7$ for 5 days. Banner with word Top will be charged 5$ for only 2 days and will go on the Top section. User can selection only one option. B) Vbulletin: All Subscriber must confirm phone, Facebook account and Twitter Account. Only the subscribers who will confirm his information, will be able to post his comment. The forum must be closed to visitor, only register can access. If user register on the Main Site or on the home page, he must be automatically register in the forum. If user is Connected on the forum, he must be connected automatically on the main site. C) Fix video thumbnail image You will have to fix video thumbnails image from the templateica template. Add our banner and image. D) Customize our old wordpress site You have to give the site a new attractive look and all user to be connect automatically on there part of the site, if they're connected to the worpress site rediesign first.
