correct the captcha function in a joomla 2.6 (gavick theme)

I would like to fix the captcha function on a multilingual joomla site. It doesn't show the image at the registration and contact forms.
the site is multilingual (3 different joomla's)
i have set the public and private key but with no success.
i also have the module enabled but again with no success
the full payment will be done on the completion of the project.
