Add features to my Wordpress theme

I currently have a website built in Drupal which lists rental housing. The site is located at http://downtownian.com. I am switching to Wordpress to take advantage of the extensive blogging and SEO capabilities of Wordpress. This job consists of the following: 1) I already own a site license for a Wordpress theme called "Subway," a demo can be found at [login to view URL] I want to adjust the theme by use Google Maps as the background for the home page. The google map should show all active rental housing listings (a similar example of this can be found at [login to view URL], of which I have also purchased a site license). 2) Migrate the current search on the Drupal site ([login to view URL] - see attached screen shots) - to Wordpress and change the templates to match the Subway theme. Also add some features, such as a picture box popup when clicking on an image on the listing page, and Yelp map results in the Google map (see attached screen shot). Utilize the Yootheme Accordion widget ([login to view URL]) to keep the listing page short, and the Yootheme Gallery widget ([login to view URL]) to display the listing pictures (I already have a site license for the Yootheme widgets).
