Community Members Login to share contact info

I would like to create a web site / portal nothing fancy but feature rich as follows -To allow users [[login to view URL]][1] to be able to see other users info and update their own profile - It is for an association of families. and will be used for for the users to login, view and update info - All users must be the son or daughterer of an existing user. Only a parent can add a new user. - Initial users and new users may be added by an admin or admins - users may update their profile, picture, and send msg to the admin. - users should be able to view the profile of other users. - users should be able to view a list of all users with address and phone number, and/or sort by name or country. - This is not a facebook - It is a way to see contact info and profile of other members of the community This would be a beta project not a production level site for commerce. I can accept some issues and hope it will evolve over time so we can make it better in multiple project posts. This is for a community to be able to connect and lookup each others address and phone number. It is also a way to identify someone based on their family tree or father/mothers name.
