C# CSV file editor

c# CSV file editor, can be dnoe in vs 2005 or 2008.. need entire project and working compiled code.... net 2.0 is fine.

this is what it needs to do

1) open up a CSV file.

2) parse the 1st line which will be the column names.

3) it will show 1 line at a time on the screen from top to bottom for each column like this:

column name 1:? ? text box space with column 1 row 1 info here

column name 2:? text box space with column 2 row 1 info here

...

..

and so on up to the maximum column in the CSV file (can limit it at 33 columns)

at the bottom of this screen, we have buttons to goto next CSV file line, or previous line... and a search function that searches all fields for a text match.

so when i update the text in these text fields, i just press the next button and it is saved to the CSV file for that line...

so just 1 line of the CSV file is displayed at a time, with the correct data next to the column names.... from top of form to bottom of form format.

the CSV editor should have the usual options for importing CSV data, such as the delimiter character etc.

i think the best way to do this is to import into a datagrid and make it hidden.... then do the form over it.

the usual items on a menu bar would be nice to, cut paste etc.

hmm thats it... pretty easy job... i can do it myself, but am a bit pressed for time.

a deadline of 1-2 weeks is nice.

some additional requirements and clarifications: yes i think importing (from a CSV file) into a datagrid is fine. then it can be saved (to a CSV file) by going to menu and save. so the menu would have the usual items, open save new etc. cut paste. i need 2 versions of this. 1 with a 10 day limited feature, and 1 fully working no limit.... i will edit the aesthetics of it later on so just need that functionality right now. i need 2 data views on this selectable in the menu. the 1st is the imported datagrid that can be edited normally like a datagrid can be... the 2nd is the one row of the data grid that i described before..... with the format above: the 1st row is column names. and itll edit 1 row at a time like this: column name: text box to modify but info already in it column name 2: and so on as originally described. so those are the 2 views. its like treating each row as a database record and only displaying that row on the screen at one time. and of course the fields should be stacked on each other, going from top of the screen to bottom......the form can scroll. obviously itll need object oriented code to generated the 2nd view since the max # of columns will not be known.....so dont use bucket brigade code, im an expert at bucket brigade code hahahahah. try to make the graphical look as best as you can. there will be more work specifically for this coder if you do a great job!! the work will be in C# :) thanks and good luck bidding!! already see some great candidates.
