Bulk Images Drag-n-Drop Upload Script

I basically need a simple bulk drag and drop image upload script. Take a look here and "play" the demo: [url removed, login to view] and you will know what I am looking for.

1) The script will limits the uploads to 100 files a time.

2) The script will display all images codes, links, forum codes, etc, with thumbnails after all images are uploaded.

3) No registration require. After all images are uploaded, the system will generate a page where all images are uploaded, e.g. [url removed, login to view]

4) Must have an admin panal which shows all ip addresses, dates of uploads, files uploads by the ip, delete pages, control image file sizes, extensions allowed, etc.

This is fairly simple, and I am not wanting to pay more than $20 for this. The lowest bid will get the job!
