Basic Firefox Extension

I need a basic Firefox extension that submit Current URI, TIME and HTML TITLE and All HTML page source to a MySQL table. at user demand. * The action will take place by pressing the extension button. NOT at every web page. * A PHP script will do the [login to view URL] this phase the DB is local.
