[login to view URL] (we bought web domain) This web site is half way built right now!...The last coder did nothing but cost me 30 days....time...I've already been through 2 coders and will not want bids if you think you can't deliver...on time....finishing this project should take no more than one week...if you can't get it done in 14 to 30 days I'm not going to except your bid.... Web site needs a shopping cart with ability to keep accounts. with ..balances...and credit/debit: for trade dollar amounts/totals..and.purchases.... also, credit/debit card feature (we already have an account) for joining barter system and purchasing trade dollars..... Example: A member joins for $200 New account gets 200 trade dollars.....to trade with..... New account finds a trade for 100 trade dollars... New account adds 100 trade dollars to sellers account...... and makes the trade....... We will need other features but this is the main feature that we are contracting for... All the text is ready and you will only have to upload and test the features.. You can get a good idea of what type of features by checking out [login to view URL] The important thing to remember is to keep the contract deadline date...of 30 days...or less...if you can't make the deadline please do not bid on this project.
