Apply new design to existing site

I nned to implement ONE page with a completely new design to an existing social network- I have a social networking platform that I have built. From a functionality point of view it works ok. Unfortunately the design has always been ímplemented in the wrong order, which has casued trouble in the past. We have asked the developers to create the functionality and then it has been sent to designers. We have seen mainly three problems: A. Current developers were no good with design so we got gif's with bad quality and aligment never turned out well B. Current developers worked with one huge css file rather than having like three (a main css, a section specific css and a file specific css). This has caused a huge css file, impossible for new developers to work with. C. As we did design last we couldn't ask a new designer to create a new css, and a a new html file, as it would mean we would have to start from scratch with the design (which probably would have been the right thing to do). I need to find a person who can work with our current code, and will be able to implement? the new design. As the current code has some logic and design mixed, it will not be a simple transformation. Our goal is to do this right this time, so that we can easily change design in the future. /Peder ## Deliverables The current page can be found here: <[login to view URL]> The new design (which is only html) can be found here <[login to view URL]> This time we want to get it right so the end result shall fill these criterias: 1. The css on the current site shall not be used at all 2. The final result of the job shall include one css for main parts, and one css for the page specific details. (As we are only doing one page, it is quite clear that this can't be done to perfection but I need to see that the person I choose understands the logic behind this. The main thing is to avoid having one huge css file. Instead we shall have 2-3 css files that are included on the page, bringing down total css kilobytes to a? minimum when loading a page.) 3. Current [login to view URL] has logic mixed up in the design parts. I want all logic to be at the top of the page, and all design at the bottom (placing the design in a separate file like a Smarty solution is also ok) 4. Current [login to view URL] make references to many other files. Your final result shall be showMemberDetails_new.php. The new file shall be: A. Well structured B. Make references only to necessary files C. Comments on files that are referenced to how these should be improved if they are not well done. 5. There are more details on the current design then on the new design, and the things you can't find on the new design shall be dsipalyed in one table at the bottom of the final result so that I see that all things that work on the current design, also work on the new design (These don't have to look good at all, just one long row of text is ok).
