[login to view URL] Script

Hello i am wanting to create a website similar to [url removed, login to view]

The site must have all the same features etc and run just as easily and quickly.

The design must be similar although not exactly the same but my partner and i want a Web 2.0 feel to the site.

We are looking for someone who can replicate almost all of the same features as [url removed, login to view] although make it slightly different as it must not just be a clone of the website.

The site must have an admin panel in which we can view members, verify advertisers, edit/delete ads and members, change the value of clicks etc, change the value of referals etc.

If you have had experience in create get paid to do websites it would greatly help as we want someone who can use their own initiative to create the site quickly.

Honestly if you cannot create something as good as [url removed, login to view] in a reasonable amount of time please do not bid.
