Adjustment my autoresponder script

Here's what I need to have done at my autoresponder account. The script is from [login to view URL] and is written in PERL. The script is already installed on my server. I have members already using the script so you need to be carefully when working on it. ## Deliverables 1) I've setup a page [login to view URL] and it should create an account for free users. That account has very limited features available. I can set in the code of that page what is allowed and what not through Y or N. However the page creates the account but it has all the same features like the paid accounts, so there is no difference. So that page needs to setup the account correctly. namely a free account and the members area of the free accounts should reflect those limitations. It is possible but it simply doesn't work now. 2) Another programmer made a feature in my admin area so that I have 2 columns with free accounts in the first one and paid accounts in the second one. I can move them from column if I want to change their settings. Now when a free account is created it should automatically appear in the left column of that table. The paid ones already come in the right colomn but the free ones too at the moment. 3) The lead import feature has been changed some time ago and now only upload leads with IP address and date stamp. If they don't have that they aren't imported. He also added those 2 fields IPaddress (by import) and date stamp on the page where I can edit a subscriber. Now the autoresponder has personalization codes in the script, like ~~NAME~~, ~~EMAIL~~. The system then replaced these fields with the name and email address that we have on file from them. What I want is to have such a personalization code like: ~~IPADDRESS~~ and ~~DATESTAMP~~ that will automatically fill in the ip address and date stamp that was imported. 4) One last thing, in the members area of ALL accounts (free and paid) there is a link: "Edit Autoresponder Owner Record". On that page the members can change their info (obvious). This info appears in the emails if they use the personalization codes like ~~OWNERNAME~~. I want to have an extra 10 fields on that page named: Link #1 Link #2 etc... and the personalization codes should be ~~LINK1~~ and so on until 10. Such personalization codes are already in place you just need to add a few. Once you know how to add 1 it should be easy to add 10 of the same. 5)There is one small problem with the header/footer that isn't entered in the emails of the sub campaings and that needs to be fixed as well. Shouldn't take much work. It's a small problem. That's it! I'm looking for someone who has experience with autoresponders so you know how they work. If the job is done good and fast I will hire you again for upcoming projects. If your price is reasonable then I will hire you everytime I need a programmer. So maybe you bid lower now and have a returning customer for the future. I pay only when the above features are working perfectly and didn't mess up something else in the script. ## Platform I think it's unix or linux.
