A script to creat accounts at external site form

Hello I need some that can do my task in hours or in max 2 days If you got the skills if you like to deal with codes here is my project: 1. I need a db to add informations ( name, phone, address, logins ext... about 15 fields ) to random fill a form at a exteranal ( will be a single site) 2. a way to let user add the captcha code for the exteranl form 3, let users to add random ( Data ? name address, phone, logins ) to be use ranom latter by other users 4. once the form is fill an the user have enter the captcha code a email verification is need to actvated the account 5. up to 5 emails account will need to be set to do that ( auto validate each account ) so the email will be 5 at total 2 gmail, 1 Yahoo 1 hotmail, 1 if possible A SCRIPT TO VALIDATE THE NEW ACCOUNT AT THE EMAIL. 6. Users can enter any email at the form ( but the user will need to reirect the email manualy to one of the 5 emails we have with the auto verification. 7. once the new user at the external site is verified the script needs to logs in the user at the external site and get ( Data form it ) the invoice number 8. that invoice number nees to be save at my site db at the user account at my site ( once user logs in at my site he will nee to see ( add details, my invoices, add more accounts ( at the exteranl sites ) see my added accounts ( here user will see the login information ( user and pass) 9. at my site the user nee to pick from add 10 accounts, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 or 2000 . I need to integrade that with a paymet gateway like paypal so if user pay for 10 account he will be able to do 10 accounts only ( note the sisteam need to generates 10 accounts at once ex: if user at he new login user name at the exteranl site as USER01 the sisteam will automatic add USER02 ..until USER10 ) 10. If user want the 100 or morre account he will do 10 at the time 11. before the user see the script to run the automation systeam of 10 account each at the time the user will need to enter the promoter name so the 10 account that will be created can be under that promoter ( I can show a sample as requested ) 12. So once it is all done the user at my site will see all the 10 invoices and users names and the promoter that he was singed up under ( the promoter is allreay register at the external site ( and each promoter have a url ) than a download file in txt, Exel, PDF or html can be downloaded from my site will all invoices. 13. once the invoice are paid by the user at the exteranl site ( show at my site the status of the invocenext the incoice numer ( I Can show a sample ) 14. Invoices status ( Paid, Pending or not paid yet ) 15. I need a Paypal integration ( if user want 10 account he will pay a $x ammount and so on for the 50, 100, 200 ... 2000 ) once they pay the get the number of autoform fill that he need ) but remeber only 10 at a time and every 10 account the user need to enter a new promoter Thank you that is all I need for now lat talk let me know if you can do it
