Develop Flash Game like [login to view URL] + iOS App + Android App

It is a very simple game with multiplayer possibility where you just try to score a goal and win a game in 2 minutes.
I want to build a similar game but keeping it simple as always in SWF format but with a database management for PRO users.
So the game would follow these rules:
-Keep same structure as bumperball
-Create Different Scenarios, Tables to play the game.
-Keep FREE Section where user cannot chose it's level (always start from level 0) and cannot change scenarios. The paid version will cost 2.99$ and the user will be able to unlock this options.
-Keep storing highscores, but eventually with a different algorithm.
-Start Storing a Database of PRO users
-All designs and drawings will be sent by my design team, your focus is only in the logic and develop of the game.
For iOS and Android, Free and PRO version should keep as well available. The Pro Version will come up as an in-app purchase.
