I suggest as following: Create WordPress plugin with admin administration options were you could set all the parameters I also think it would be great to include few more configuration options, like number of squares, styling options like square sizes and other useful options that could help you customise and adopt it even if you lets say change your website design or will decide to sell this or smth... Hi I could create this game for you in silverlight if that is ok. you just embed silverlight app in your webpage, it will integrate seamlessly. Essentially graphics look better on silverlight, and you would have additional room for further development. My Idea is creating field of squares (something like a minesweeper :)).
