We need a feature reactivated on our website.... We need an dynamic letter that we can edit in our admin that will automatically be sent out to anyone that has a not paid order. We need it to do this twice a day for 3 days. Our website is completely php based. We are looking to get this done really quick

Hi, It looks like simple work if website is done in PHP and if its already working. We need server controls to achieve the desired functionality as we need to write a cron job for executing and sending the newsletter we need server details. If site is in wordpress then we can do it through plugin but if its in Core PHP for setting up Cron Job server details will be required. I am ready to start asap. Hi I could get onto this strraight away for you- I have coded similar email admin interfaces before in php/mysql - Do you need the UI for the letter coding or just fixing ? If it just needs fixing it wont take more than a couple of hours , if you need a simple UI it should take about 4 hrs. Thanks , Martin

Dear sir, lets start the work. Please specify is your order system is done because when cron job is set then it will check database and send the mail. You have said mail will be send twice a day for 3 days. i.e mail will only fired for three days? or mail will be send twice a day , if order is not paid. please specify . Thanks & regards

Hi I can do this for you as we will make a user interface to fill by the admin and in an other script we will write the code to send email. For cron jobs if your using linux hosting we can use shell or cpanel thanks
