Changes in a booking system admin

Hello everyone, Please Remember before bidding: 1. FIXED PRICE Budget for this project $80 2. This is a PHP 4.0 based project, so you must have worked on PHP 4.0 in past, please give references in your bid 3. All the above mentioned changes Must be done within one week of awarding the project 4. You will take responsibility of all the maintenance / bugs for 2 weeks after the final deliver 5. We will escrow half of the payment (i.e. $40) as soon as we select the provider and award the project, will release this half and escrow the remaining half as soon as the work is completed with in one week. The remaining half will be released after 2 weeks of successful running of the code There are Multiple user ADMIN OFFICE: 1- The admin is the person who receive a call from a client who wants to request a taxi, 2- He add the info like, 3- User id, 4- From address to address, 5- Depending on the area there will be a calculated fare...and other options, 6- This info will be sent to a user DISPACHER. DISPACHER OFFICE: THIS USER IS THE PERSON WHO RECEIVES THE NEW RESERVATION DETAIL AND HE CAN ASSIGN TO THAT TRIP THE TAXI ID AND THE STATUS (ON THE WAY, CANCELLED, ...) COMPANY USER: CAN MAKE A RESERVATION TO A OFFICE X ONLINE, AND CAN SEE REPORTS SO HE KNOWS HOW MUCH A DEPARTMENT HAVE SPENT IN A PRERIOD OF TIME, WITH SEVERAL FILTERS. ALSO CAN ASSIGN NEW USER SUB COMPANY, WITH THE SAME PERMISSIONS BUT WITH RESTRICTED DEPARTMENTS VIEW. THE IDEA IS MODIFY SOME STAFF IN COPMPANY AND SUBCOMPANY: 1- REPORTS: ADD A NEW COLUMN, FILTER BY STATUS, 2- RESERVATION: VIEW RESULTS AND LIST OF RESERVATIONS MADE, AND HAVE A NEW COLUMN WHERE YOU CAN TEST A PARTICULAR TRIP 3-IN THE RESULTS HAVE AN EXTRA COLUMN WHERE IT WILL HAVE A CHECKBOX WITH "AUTORIZE" THIS WILL BE REFLECTED IN OFFICEADMIN USERS AND DESPACHERS.
