We are looking for an experienced developer to create: 1. A CRON Script to check for new members/new additions to our database 2. 4 x HTML Email templates which will automatically be sent to new users when they register, in the following time slots: * Immediately on registration * 7 Days After Registering * 30 Days After registering * 60 days After registering Email Templates should be well designed (we will send sample structure) and should use database information to auto complete some information like name... Developer must be able to implement and test without affecting the current users on the system The key is to make sure emails are automatically sent and delivered at the specific time intervals

I am sorry that my bid is above your Budget range, but I can't go any lower than this. There are many bids in your project range from other bidders (usually Indian) and I guess you will select one of them. But if by any chance you are interested by quality and work really done well and you are ready to increase your budget - I am ready to help you, as I already did many custom made systems that have similar emails sent based on event or time. Plus I will tell you whole truth about possible lost emails because of spam ratings and filters.

Hello, I'm interested in developing your project. I have done similar work in the past (as recent as yesterday in fact) setting up automated HTML emails like this. I will ensure that your emails are compatible with almost all email clients and include a text-only version (both are sent in the same email, but if the client is text-only they'll see that rather than a bunch of HTML code). I'll develop in a way that doesn't affect your current clients or your live site. I can also set up an unsubscribe feature and basic logging. If necessary I can work with you to ensure that you have a valid SMTP setup (SPF DNS records and/or using a trusted SMTP relay if these are not set up yet - otherwise most of your emails will get caught in spam filters). Also if you're interested I can develop a web-view option - you'll see this in many emails in the form of something like "Can't see the images? View this email online." Note that for the SMTP setup or web-view option I'll want to adjust my bid so please let me know if either of those interest you and we can discuss it before awarding the project.
