Hi I Need to setup a Asterisk server with all feature for our School. It should consist of. 1. full featured Ippbx server with IVR. 2. Incoming IVR 3. TTS Integration ( Cepstral or open source) 4. automated greeting for birthday/major days. 5. capable to send sms with gsm device. 6. Telephonic Quiz system for different classes (10 Questions). 7. good reporting 8. will work with gsm gateway/pri line/ analog line. we need a standard server for educational purpose.

I can help. Please let me know the GSM device you are going to use. With a GOIP you can easily setup an sms server to be used for sending sms messages. Also is your tts application just for the automated voice messages only or more. please specify.
