Hola Eliana, yo dirigí el desarrollo de un producto completo de Callcenter en una empresa, hoy hay varias soluciones que te ayudan a hacer eso que quieres, hay la parte de CRM (helpdesk, ticket support, sales support, etc como vTiger) y otras de telefonía, una de ellas es Asterisk (gratis) y otra es la que yo desarrollé en esta empresa (costo). Supongo que estas arrancando un callcenter y buscas algo sencillo, dime como podemos trabajar y estoy a tus ordenes
