Develop an Android app

Hi, This project is to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of an Android app. Although the functionality of this app will be kept minimum, all desired functions should work up to the highest standard. I look for a bidder who can provide best quality of work in the following functions: 1 User credential/access management (login/signup) 2 Obtain the information of installed apps (Android’s services are not included) 3 Work with the remote database, including query, update, delete records 4 Display returned records from a query 5 Work with local SQLite 6 Smooth UI design to provide excellent user experience 7 Basic graphic design I'd appreciate it if you're willing to sign a NDA. Besides technical skills, you must be able to communicate well in English and committed to response to me within 24 hours. I prefer working with a freelancer who is reasonably considerate for the employer. I'll ask for your sample work for consideration.
