Hi, i can help you, this problem probably is because you try to login sometimes ans enter wrong pass, then server block your access for some time.

Hey man, It's pretty hard to debug an issue like this without root access. Do you have any sort of SSH access? Since you tagged this PHP I assume it's some kind of contact form that stopped sending emails. If you haven't changed the code at all then it's definitely server related. Have you checked maillog? What OS are you running? Which hosting company is the site with? Does sendmail via SSH (not as root) work? Regards, Gunni

Hi. If you can't logon to your server it seems that it experience some high load, it seems that your server is hacked and somebody is using it in (d)dos attacks, or some one is attacking your server with ddos on ssh and other services. Do you have some sysloging and monitoring software? Of course it could be some problems with your software, hardware or networking issues, not HACKING :)
