Create detailed specifications for PHP based website

Work to gather detailed requirements and generate specifications for a small e-commerce site to be written in PHP/MySQL. You are not bidding on the creation of the website, just the gathering of requirements and writing of the specifications (including Use Cases, UML Diagrams, Database Schema/ER, and basic GUI mockups) that will be used to gather bids in a separate auction. To give you a basic feel for the project scope, here is some preliminary information: - Site needs to sell about 30 items. - Site can handle options and discounts on a per item, per item type, and per category basis. - Orders are logged to DB and emailed to admin. - Real time order / inventory processing not needed now. - Order payment data is encrypted in the DB. - Admin can login to admin area to view orders. - Admin can login to admin area to view customer data. - Admin can login to admin area to download order or customer data to CSV file. - Admin can login to admin area to add/change/delete items for sale. The final documents delivered must cover all specifications as well as other issues like coding style and security standards, etc. The final documents delivered should be generated and saved in the native formats of freely available Open Source software. (Open Office, Dia, Umbrello, etc.) NOTE: You must supply a complete sample of project specs you have previously created for a similar project that conform to the above requirements. Do not bid without attaching such a sample. (PDF format is fine for this.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MySQL, Open Office, Umbrello.
