Setting up a small UK call centre for approx 12 agents Calls are 90% outbound, 10% inbound UK ISDN/30 phone line with 12 channels, DDI and CLI Also Analogue PSTN lines and SIP or IAX trunks Job is to setup a new Asterisk or Asterisk based PBX with: Call recording Power Dialler ACD Voicemail Integration with a CRM Agents login/logout of PBX Web or similar interface CTI - click on screen to dial call Screen popping - when answering a call the customer record is displayed that is linked to the calling number Agents will use VOIP softphones with Headsets ISDN/30 lines won't be available for 3 to 4 weeks Thanks for looking ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
