Custom CMS

Hi, I want a custom CMS made for my new website (Anime related - streaming). I had hired someone previously (not through Freelancer), and it turns out that they're not doing sticking to our timeframe. The CMS I would like this based off of are the 2 following websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like the video mirrors displaying like Animecrazy - underneath the videos. The ability to have users with specific permissions to upload their own videos and add them, the ability to have the videos they add display a certain way, such as "[login to view URL]" if it's Dailymotion, and "[login to view URL]" for Rutube. Same goes for all the video sources I'd need. I'd have my own set of sites to use for that, but if that's possible then great. If not, a different URL structure would work too. For the post page(s), there needs to be an option to have either dubbed or subbed, as when it's displayed on the actual site, such as the URL listed above (Animeultima, check one of their Anime series pages), if subbed is ticked it'd need to be "[login to view URL]" and for subbed "[login to view URL]". I would need the end changed (the Rutube) depending on the video source I have selected. The mirrors beneath the video, listed like Animecrazy would also need to reflect whether it's subbed or dubbed (in brackets) For the category pages, I'd want the image, title, description, amount of episodes, whether it's ongoing or finished, I'd need the episodes displayed down down the page like normal, but towards the side, in a square, the option to have it like this: Episode Number: Dubbed: Subbed: [Naruto Episode 1] [Yes] [Yes] And have the link to both the dub and sub on the page where the "yes" is for each of them. Which is similar to Animeultima. Not sure whether or not this would fall under "Design" though, so please let me know if so. I'd also like a rating system for both Episodes and Anime series (similar to Animeultima) On the homepage, I'd like the latest episodes displayed, the latest series added displayed, both dubbed and subbed, I'd also like the highest rated series displayed, and a random series that can be changed through the admin panel whenever, also displayed, so 4 blocks on the homepage. I'd like a working genre system, similar to Animeultima, that can be placed into the category pages (Anime series pages) and displayed. For Subbed and Dubbed though - I'd like the font color different. "English Dubbed" being light blue and "English Dubbed" being red. If you don't understand exactly what I'm saying, I can give you more examples. Please let me know if this is possible, and the price. I was looking to have this done by the end of this month, and would love to keep that deadline. I may also require more features, but not at this time. Thank you. Regards, ~ver.
