Convert Static Website to Drupal & Add Twitter/Blog Integration

Hello,

We need the following static website converted to the Drupal CMS.? All elements (navigation, theme, content, etc) must be perfectly integrated and modifiable via the Drupal CMS (blocks, modules, stories, pages). The code must be clean and it must look good.

The header and footer have already been separated and are dynamically included into each page as it is, this should make the initial Drupal theming process relatively simple:

Due to privacy concerns the true URL has been hidden inside text files.

Do not, DO NOT bid on this project unless you know what you are doing, this must be a flawless conversion, and you must have experience in similar projects.

Additionally, Twitter integration and footer navigation enhancements/additions like the below is requested. Twitter on the front page, and the footer navigation on all, twitter integration must display our most recent tweet(s), there is already a Drupal module for this, it must simply be integrated with the theme.

A blog is requested, ideally this blog will run on the same Drupal CMS, however I am open to other offers, integration is huge huge huge as we may have plans to include snippets around the website/front page, and the likes.

You will find a vBulletin installation that was not successfully integrated, this is another thing that needs to be done, if you by chance can do it just let us know in your bid.? There is also a WHMCS installation but that will be / is being taken care of by another party.

You will be provided with a development environment which will include the website itself as well as a Drupal installation.
