Convert Excel Worksheets into PHP/MYSQL

Client has 4 check cashing stores, they use an excel spreadsheet to balance each store. There are two types of spreadsheets: 1. Cashier 2. Office There might be 2 cashiers in each office, they balance at the end of the day (This balance is carried forward the next day they do this as "Opening Cash") and print the form out. The form is one page long. I would like the output of this balance to be stored in the DB The office balances at the end of the day after the tellers, part of its balance is the total from the Cashier's balance (Would pull frmo the DB). This is also printed out. I would like this to be stored to the DB as well, so that I could later run reports. Sometimes offices transfer cash or cash equivalents to each other (Bus tokens, Calling cards, etc. These are all measured in dollar value) There are a few (4) detail screens on each balance sheet. For example, the cell for cash count could be clicked and a smaller window pops up with spaces for the cashier to put how many pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters, etc. The total would be calculated and placed in the cell from which it was linked. There are no difficult calculations, it is all add, subtract and multiply. The tables do not need to be terribly normalized, maybe an identity table for the office and cashier, an index could be created on office_id, cashier_id and date, that combo should be unique. I prefer that all the calculations be done in javascript and then have the result stored in the database. Each form is currently one page in length and the cashiers are used to it. I would like the new form to look the same, they have to print each form (with totals) out at the end of the day. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
