Contextual Ads System

Dear developers, I need a script that would work as Google's Adsense (not Adwords), allowing publishers to signup and become affiliates to grab the ad codes (just like Google does..same kindof ads, sizes, etc) and paste at their websites and blogs. It may be a small code that will "read" the content of their pages and call the appropriated ads from my system. The difference is that I'll not have my own advertisers, but I'll have results coming form XML feed providers that I work with (ppc search engines like SearchFeed and RevenuePilot). So, to make it short, the system I need developed may be able to read the content of the pages of my affiliates and get the ads parsing the XML feed that will make the request at my results providers databases, printing it at my affiliate's websites. The system may have a good, clean and professional design (it will be a stand alone application, I'll create anew website to use it), affiliate's area, admin area (from where I'll manage all needs) and some minor details and features we may discuss further.
