Content fetch + save to MySQL + CONTENT slider (lightweight)

Hi ! I need a PHP / AJAX coder for these five tasks. 1) PHP backend to fetch data from Yahoo Finance fx. [login to view URL];f=sl1d1t1ba&e=. csv - Middle value, buy and sell rate. Save to MySQL database...Must be cron-job ready 2) Light weight AJAX / javascript script that gets the data from yahoo every x seconds- with PHP backend ?? . Again both functions for middle value fetch, sell and buy rate fetch. And a circle loading image every time it fetches. 3) Script for fetching buy and sell values from different URLs and save to MySQL. Must be cron-job ready. - see fx. ba*na*me*[login to view URL] (remove *) on the right under informacion bursatil => Dolar USA compra & venta.. These are the two values I want to fetch. This mean buy and sell in Spanish. 4) Charts based on MySQL values or based on XML output from MySQL database. -- Maybe open flash charts?.. Features for the chart: hour-by-hour, day-by-day, week-by-week and month-by-month functions. More details basic CSS styling of the values fx. when the EUR/USD goes up it should be a green background, goes down - red background etc. I have a good URL where you can see how I want it (it shouldn't be a very difficuelt job for pros). Regarding the content slider I would like a content slider like w*w*w.w*o*o*t*h*e*me*[login to view URL] (please remove all *) I require it to be lightweight - if you can find a code on the internet - please do! All I need is you to integrate it into my web design! I guess it should be a very easy task for pros, but not for me! I've attached some files so you can get an overview over the code (hopefully!) .. By the way.. The flags should also be "links" to different content slides .. So at the Brazilian flag I can call content slide nr. 4 fx. I hope you understand!!
