Community Site Customization Script Editing

i have a community website, i want it to be adapted to the new design (desig is ready by us) ,and many changes will be applied to some functions. there are forum,blog,event and radio online in the site. the site is Turkish. but you can work english. Things to be changed : admin: *i want to manage the , sliding slogan from admin. *i want to manage from admin,which events,blogs,logs, will be displayed at home page *the last opened forum headings will be shown at homepage events: *i want not to show ,who are coming from the site,to nonlogin members. member profile: * i want to other questions added to the membership form (slogan,favorite smiley) * also we ask for the mobile phone of the member(but this wont be shown to other members) *a special dismissed button: we want members to vote to other members, there will be a button called, dismissed in every members profile, members will click these buttons,to dismiss the [login to view URL] we want to count how many people clicked to that member from admin. *there will be a button,which a member will able to create a survey of 10 [login to view URL] other members who are in that member'S friend list,will be given points,which will be displayed at members profile,from the highest to lowest. profile settings: *member will be able to set the font of his posts to forum,and this font will be recorded next time he posts. *member will be able to add 4 photos without approvement. *selection of not to receive any message from other members ,except his friend list *member will be able to select ,not to receive interactive messages from settings *member will select not to receive p.m from members except friend list *a limit applied 30 sec between posting pm *when a member wants to p.m, this will happen in a pop up window,and consists of smileys Forums: *quick quotes, page will be refreshed *when a member is writing an answer , there wont be the heading. *we want some members ,not to post topics ,and not to post to specific topics, we want to manage flexible from admin. radio online: here a playlist will be displayed,the radio which is [login to view URL] must able to send this text file ,to the site from admin easily. membership and invitation: *we will add id script,members must give their [login to view URL] will take the real names from this script,than they dont give their names again *members which we dismissed from the site,will be kept somewhere in the admin with their ids. *there will be a question . why are you wanting to be a member? *able to limit the members,to post many or recurring invitations *prevent the invitations not to go to junk folders.
